Everything about simultaneous interpretation

In simultaneous interpretation, the interpreter translates in real time while the speaker talks, without pauses. It is performed in acoustic booths and transmitted via audio receivers to participants. It is the most widely used format at conferences, congresses and large-scale events.
The international AIIC standard recommends at least 2 interpreters per language pair for events lasting more than 1 hour. Rotation every 30 minutes is essential to maintain quality and precision — simultaneous interpretation is cognitively exhausting.
Yes. We provide complete equipment: certified acoustic booths, interpreter consoles, individual audio receivers, transmitters and on-site technical support. We can also operate in venues with fixed installed equipment.
Yes. We offer Remote Simultaneous Interpretation (RSI) for online and hybrid events via KUDO, Interprefy and integration with Zoom and Microsoft Teams. The interpreter works remotely with the same quality as an in-person event.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure interpreter and equipment availability. For urgent events, check availability — in many cases we can accommodate shorter lead times.
